This is a mouthwash that I’ve used for years. The formula is quite good, but it is also a bit thick. It has been my favorite for years, and now I’m adding a new flavor. I’m sure the toothpaste and mouthwash companies will be on to us.
This is a new gum health and mouthwash flavor called Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash. It is basically a colgate total gum health mouthwash with a few extra vitamins and minerals. I will not give any details about the ingredients or the formula, because that information would ruin the fun of this post. The only thing I can say is that it tastes better than the colgate total gum health mouthwash.

This is one of those “I told you so” types of posts. A few years ago I read a review of some product that I felt was totally gross and I was instantly like, “Wait… that’s not good for your teeth!” This is a mouthwash. It’s also not a mouthwash. It’s a mouthwash that contains more vitamins and minerals than most mouthwash does.
I found this mouthwash in a grocery store. It was a shelf full of it. I went to the counter and said, “Hey, what is that?” The lady told me it was a mouthwash. I looked it up and it was colgate total gum health mouthwash. She said, “I just threw it in here.
The product that we were all thinking about was colgate total gum health mouthwash. We were all thinking it was the best thing since sliced bread. Because it contained an incredible array of vitamins and minerals, it was also the product that was supposed to be the best for your teeth. When you put it on, it will probably make your teeth feel like they’re about to fall apart.
I think one of the major reasons why people have trouble understanding the idea of self-awareness is because the word itself is confusing. It is used interchangeably with the word “awareness.” Awareness is about being able to take a simple decision and make it a conscious one. For example, when you take a sip of your favorite drink, you can’t just drink it thinking it’s not a drink.
It’s like when you get married and you don’t go to the ceremony because you don’t want to seem unkempt in front of your significant other. Or maybe you don’t go because you don’t want to get caught in a bad mood or have to explain yourself.
I know it can be hard to keep your mouth closed and your mind occupied with so many different things. But there are some things you should do that you have to consciously decide to do.
