I would rather have my food be cooked by the person who makes it than it be cooked by me. I am a meat-eater and that is my primary food allergy. So, I love the idea of eating crystals and being able to feel the nutritional value of each one I consume. I am also eating more raw foods now than I have in years. I am also trying to get more in touch with my heart and body.

Crystals are a fun and inexpensive way to get more in touch with your heart and body. But you’ll need to pay carefully to get the most nutritional value out of your stones.
