The biggest difference between a healthy lifestyle and a disease-filled lifestyle is that healthy people are aware of what they’re doing when they’re doing it. A disease-filled person just doesn’t care about it. He doesn’t know how to do it right and is therefore going through life with a fatalism about it.
I am glad you asked. I think it is important to be aware of when we are on the diseased side and when we are on the healthy side. To be clear, I am not saying that you should just eat and drink the way you usually do. That would be extremely unhealthy. What I am saying is that you should be aware of what youre doing and how you are doing it.
For those of you who have never been healthy, you might want to think about this for a moment. If you are the type of person who really enjoys a nice meal when you are feeling well, you might want to think about it. If you are the type of person would just eat a meal without feeling bad, or would eat a meal knowing you might feel bad if you did, you might want to consider that you have a choice in how you eat or drink.
It’s like the difference between making a decision to sit down at a dinner table and deciding to go to bed. You can choose to eat a meal at a restaurant knowing that there is a risk that you might feel bad the next day, or you can decide to eat a meal knowing that there is a risk that you won’t feel bad the next day. If you do both, you will probably feel better.
People often say they want to be healthy, but that doesn’t really mean they want to be healthy. They may not be hungry, but it doesn’t mean they want to eat. They might feel less hungry, but they don’t feel they are less hungry. So they decide to choose between feeling hungry or not hungry. If they decide to eat when they are not hungry, they are probably healthy, but if they decide to eat when they are hungry they may not be healthy.
Of course, people often say they want to be healthy, but they dont really mean it. Many people want to be healthy simply because they know they will be healthier. And in this case, it turns out that being healthy and healthy are not one and the same thing.
The thing is, being “healthy” is not the same as being able to do what you want and be as energetic as you want. The way people say they want to be healthy doesn’t mean they actually get better at anything. If they say they want to be healthy, they might be healthy, they might become ill, or they might just be sick.
The very act of saying you want to be healthy means that you are already sick. And that makes it even worse. Think of it like this. You are trying to lose weight, you want to be fit, you want to be sexy, you want to be an athlete, you want to be a good person. Now suppose you lose all of those things. Where does it leave you? You are no longer the person who wants to be healthy.
A few years ago, I wrote a blog post about how there is another dimension to this. For example, you might be good at eating healthy food but bad at exercising. But here is another example, you might be really good at eating healthy food, but you aren’t really good at exercising. You might be really good at exercising, but you aren’t good at eating healthy food. That is the first point of a fatalistic mindset.
