I think we all have a gift of health, which is one of the most important gifts we can give ourselves. So many of us are lacking in this area, as well as others. There are many ways to give yourself this gift. You can read a new book, take a new vacation, read a motivational book, go on a new adventure, or start exercising, exercising, exercising. Even just a few minutes a day can make a difference in your well-being.
As I’m sure you have noticed, I’m in a bit of a health crisis. I haven’t had a full day off in months. I haven’t been able to get back into the gym since I got sick and it’s not even been about running. I’m not sure what’s causing this, but I’m hoping it’s a good thing. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there who are well-versed in the various forms of exercise that I can partake in.
Health is a big factor in your success in life, and one that is often overlooked. We all know that health will most definitely make a difference in how you feel, how you look, and how you function. And since we are talking about exercise, its safe to say that fitness is most definitely a big factor in your success in this life.
A good friend of mine, a guy named Greg, once told me that the only way to get in shape is to have a great fitness routine. So I decided to make one for myself. Greg’s got a routine that he and his wife do every morning and night. Basically his routine is a combination of cardio, strength training, and stretching.
Greg’s routine is easy to follow. It consists of a few easy steps I’ve talked about in previous blogs (it’s a good idea to have a workout video on your computer to keep you motivated). First, you do a warm up. Then you do a set of three exercises. After that, you do a cool down.
This routine has been around for awhile, but the main reason you should try it is because you can do it in 30 minutes or less. That’s because the exercises are really easy to do, and you can do your warm up and cool down right in your living room. No need to trek to a gym (or a weight room), you can do it on your kitchen floor.
The more you work out, the more your body will actually get stronger. It’s not like doing a workout at a gym will make your muscles look like they have muscles. If you’ve only done a couple of workouts, you’ve probably gained a little weight but still not enough to notice. But just because your body looks better and feels better, doesn’t mean you can’t still lose some weight.
While youre in the gym, stop by the Weight Watchers. Its the perfect place to start your new year. All you need is some food and the right motivation and youll be on your way to being healthy.

This is the gift of health. At first I thought Weight Watchers was a diet food, but I was wrong. It’s a complete fat burner. There is no way you can eat Weight Watchers and not be unhealthy and it’s basically the same for the whole month. I’ve always wondered how you could spend all that time on food and still be healthy.
