Here again, I want to say that it is important to do whatever you feel you need to do and that is what makes the success of our lives so amazing.

I guess the main point here is that our bodies are not designed to function perfectly all the time. We need to have the right amount of physical fitness and nutrition to live comfortably, and the right amount of wisdom and health to enjoy life.

It is true that we have less of a body-mind connection than we think. The reason I say that is because, well, we don’t know what we have. But we do know that we have the right amount of health and wisdom to enjoy life, and the right amount of health and wisdom to be able to perform our functions, which is probably why we still do them in the first place- we are not made to be perfect all the time.

The problem is we spend so much money on health care that we don’t know if we are spending it wisely. We spend a lot of money on anti-aging creams that, if you don’t take them, can ruin your skin forever. For example, the “anti-ageing” creams we see in stores that claim to slow down the effects of aging by suppressing collagen are just as bad as they sound.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in the bathroom and put my hand out to see if I could find a bottle of Cornstarch or any other corn starch.
