This is a list of foods that I have bought and eaten for the past two years and can honestly say that I have never eaten better. I am not sure if I will ever go back to buying food at the grocery store, but some of the foods on here will be on my list for sure.

You should also get your protein from eggs and beans. Eggs and beans are very good for muscle growth, but they also burn fat and have a high vitamin B complex. You are not only losing muscle, but you are also losing fat. Eggs, beans, and dairy all help maintain healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels and help prevent heart disease.

Eggs and beans are also great for your skin. They contain vitamins A and D as well as zinc, copper, and B vitamins. So they help your skin to lose water and the elasticity that comes from them.
