The science behind this is actually pretty cool. As it turns out, the human brain is actually able to control emotions by only using three main parts of the brain. The three main parts of the brain, the amygdala, the hippocampus, and the frontal cortex, are all connected and in charge of our emotions. But the part of the brain that controls our emotions is actually the tensor.
