This is probably the way for me to wake up. I always eat thisatmeal but I’m a health warrior so I love to eat it whenever I can.

This is a hearty grain- and seed-based oatmeal that I really enjoy. It’s grain-based because it doesn’t put a lot of work into each serving, and it’s made with oat flakes, which are really good for your health. I really like this brand. I believe it is made by the same company that makes the brands that I use for my cereal. Its the same brand that I have been using for a few years now.

I guess I should let you know that you can take the oatmeal out of the freezer and eat it in the morning, no matter what time of day you do it. Its also good for people who are lactose intolerant because it’s not as rich as a regular bowl, but it has the same calorie count. You can buy it at Walmart and get a lot of health benefits for the same price.
