I’m obsessed with this product. It’s made by a company called DrySkin that is dedicated to making men’s underwear that are also moisture and odor free. With the perfect fit and stretch and support systems the DrySkin sweat resistant underwear is a must have for any gentleman.
You can buy it online for a mere $30 or in the store for $65.
We’ve had a few of these items in our stash for a while now, but they never seem to fit or wear out. The DrySkin underwear has a little bit of a “buzz” to it, so I decided to try to figure out how to get it to fit me. Of course, I tried to use the same methods that other men use, but as I found out, there are a lot of variables, which means it’s a little bit… hokey.
First, you need to decide which part of your anatomy you’re most comfortable with. Once you have that, you can figure out which parts you’re not comfortable with.
Now you can probably tell that I’m not a huge fan of sweat. I like to wear underwear that covers my entire body, but in this case I decided to stick with the mens underwear because it was already in my closet already.
I have to admit, I was a little surprised to see that, for the most part, mens sweat proof underwear are now available in department stores and not only for men. They have also come a long way from the days of the “cotton underwear.” But they don’t really offer the same comfort as the regular “proper” underwear. I like that this is a better design for the most part, but it does feel a little bit “off”.
I think the main draw back for mens sweat proof underwear is the “no seams” rule. You can see it in the picture below. The underwear is designed to be worn over the regular underwear and the elastic waist band is so tight that it can’t be pulled away from your body. This is actually a good thing. If you’re wearing it with your regular underwear, you might just be able to wear it under your regular underwear too.
The main reason why I think the mens sweat proof underwear is a bad design is that it is designed to be worn over the regular underwear and the elastic waist band is so tight that it cant be pulled away from your body. I think the main draw back for mens sweat proof underwear is the no seams rule.
There are some other design considerations that I didn’t think about that might have made the mens sweat proof underwear a little less functional. Like the elastic waist band, I think the mens sweat proof underwear itself is an excellent design that still stands out as the top contender for best underwear. The only thing I would change about the mens sweat proof underwear is the fabric, since it is a cotton material that’s cheap and washable.
The sweat proof underwear is basically just a thin, high-heat, moisture-wicking fabric that you can wear underneath your underwear. That is, you don’t want to wear it underneath your boxer shorts or a t-shirt, especially if you’re going to sweat a lot. To be honest, I find the idea of underwear without seams and seams that stretch out and break a little bit a bit jarring.
