I always have a little bit of a “mama bear” thing going on when I’m in the grocery store. It could be the “stuck” feeling in the cart from something I’ve just bought, the lack of something I need, or it could be the fact that I’m not 100% dressed for the weather.
The thing is, Im not 100 dressed too. I think that makes me a little bit too cool. I just go right ahead and try to be the most mama bear I can be at any given moment. I love all this natural, vintage, black, green, and white stuff. I love the way you wear your clothes. I love the way you move, the way you walk. I love the way you carry your groceries.

For the last few months, I’ve been taking a break from mens upflow and talking about it. To be clear, I’m not suggesting this doesn’t work. I’m just saying that for me it’s not the same thing but I’m still enjoying the look of it on my friends’ faces. I’m getting more into the “get it together” kind of movement of it.
It’s not just the way you move and the way you wear your clothes, it’s the way you feel. You can do this with just about anything in life. And if you’re looking for a new way to relax, get ready for a big dose of it.
mens upflow is a relatively new movement that is a combination of exercise, meditation, and a bit of creativity. The concept is simple: If you feel a certain way, you can just focus on that feeling through some exercises and create a flow of it. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up and your mind clear. It’s probably one of the most successful ways Ive seen people get into the flow state, and it has proven to be a great way to relax.
Mens upflow is not a new way to relax. The same method was used to get me into the flow state myself. I did a few simple exercises that helped me get into the flow and then started meditating. I went to a meditation retreat with a group of people from my church, and I think I was the only one who tried to meditate. The goal of the retreat was to get me into a really deep, deep state of awareness.
After the retreat I started meditating, and I think it made a difference in my state of mind. I was using the meditation to get into a flow state in a way that I could still be in the flow state even though I was no longer meditating. There are many techniques you can use to get into the flow, but it’s most likely impossible to just relax and have an overall state of complete relaxation.
