The best fitness equipment I have found to date, in my opinion, is the mens waist trainer by FIT. This is a trainer that moves the waist, hip, and core muscles and is very easy to use. Although the price seems high, it is worth the price. Some of the guys I work with who are in the same weight class as me are not so sure about this trainer, because it seems a little uncomfortable on their backs. But it works.
While youre using it, you can use the side rails to push the waist forward, or to back it up. Then when youre finished, simply pull the waist back slowly and let it drop into place. This is easily done, even for those who dont use the side rails. The only drawback I can see is that it might interfere with your pants if youre wearing them open-toed.
I think I like this trainer, because it seems fairly light and is actually a lot less uncomfortable, especially if youre wearing a pair of jeans. I also think the weight is quite a bit less than the one I had before, even if I am more than one centimeter taller. But if you like the look, then I think you should give it a try. I wouldn’t be surprised if the weight went down a little bit if you’re wearing a pair of jeans with a belt.
