The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

Like a lot of people, I like to think of myself as a pretty active person. I get up in the day, take care of business, and then go to sleep. Sometimes I even stay up late to watch TV or go on a hike. I don’t really mind this. I love waking up early to go to the gym or run the local neighborhood dogs. But I’m not a morning person by nature. And as a result I’ve had a lot of trouble sleeping.

Moon health is the power to wake yourself up and keep you awake. In Moon Health, there are two different modes you can choose to start. The first is the normal mode, where you go into battle at the appointed time, and just do whatever you want.
