If you want to get a good workout, I recommend getting a bodyweight workout, like a bodyweight barbell workout. That is also easier to do because you get to keep your movements loose and flexible.
This is a good time to talk about the game, which probably just isn’t the right time for you to start with. There’s a lot of information that you have to be aware of and so many other things to think about. We’ve all been through games like the Tetris, and I’ve done a lot of those. But the more you’re aware of what you’re doing, the more you know about that game.
The games are a great way to learn how to do things, but a game that is hard to learn is a game that will never be mastered. It will always be better than the one youve played recently. And when youre a newbie, you dont know anything about games, so theres no way youll succeed. The best way to learn is to play a game, and then master it quickly.
