(I am not a doctor, I am just a person.

In other news, I was given a new Nupro device to test my blood pressure, so I can finally get a complete picture of my health, and I’m happy to say I’m on track with my diet and exercise regimen.

What I can say is that I have been feeling pretty healthy, as I don’t have high blood pressure. I have been doing a lot of strength training, and I can say I feel better about my health.
