I’m a wellness junkie. I know this because I have a lot of people ask me for my ‘health and fitness’ recipes and my friends start to ask me for my ‘go to’ recipes. It’s a nice thing to have because I am a very well known blogger and Instagram star, but I still have to do my own thing every day.
I am not a health and fitness blog, but I do have a lot of recipes and tips and hacks. I am also a big believer in the scientific method and have a ton of stuff to prove to myself. I am also, like many of you, very aware of my own body and how it functions. I know I am an unhealthy weight and I can’t really change that, but I can still be healthy and have great results.
I know this is completely in the realm of the impossible, but it is something we can all strive to be more aware of. I have heard from many people about their success with no particular effort. I have also heard from many people who say they are so unaware of their bodies that they can’t even think about trying to change them. Well, that is just not true. I have been very aware of my body and the foods I eat, and I have made some changes.
The first thing you need to do is to get yourself in the right frame of mind. Because as I mentioned above, our minds are constantly on autopilot. Therefore, if you are on autopilot, you will not be aware of your body’s needs, and thus, you will not be aware of what you can do to help.
If you have to be reminded of your body’s needs, then maybe you should do something about it right now. And if you don’t know what you can do, you want me to help. Maybe you can go on a vacation to the South of France and get a fitness trainer. You can go to the gym, but I can’t guarantee it will help you.
I have to admit, I don’t even know what a fitness trainer is. It seems like a guy who is a little more athletic than me, who has a little bit of a fitness background, and who wants to push me to be a little more muscular, but I just dont have the time right now.
If you’re a fitness trainer, that’s a good thing to know. If you’re not a trainer, and want to be, you can become a part of the community that the fitness trainer is a part of.
