I’m currently trying to keep myself within the bounds of good vitamin D levels (over 75), and my current dosage is around 400-500 units.

The idea of taking 1,000 units of vitamin D a day for several months just seems extreme, but this is exactly the kind of vitamin D that can help you get your bones strong. It doesn’t take much to make your bones stronger.

Since vitamin D is the strongest form of vitamin D in our bodies, it makes sense to consider it one of the most important supplements to take. It also helps build strong bones.
