I love that I’m constantly reading books on the internet to help me improve. I read about how it’s incredibly easy to be mentally and emotionally disconnected from the things that I actually care about. I read books about how the world works to try and make myself more aware of the world around me. I read books about how to be more mindful, less distracted, less responsible, and less self-centered.
Well, this is a really good book about that. Im reading it as I listen to the audiobook version, and its been really helpful so far. Its really easy to read and really helpful in helping me think about the things I do wrong or the things I do right.
I think you’re right. I think we can all probably use a book like this. It’s written by the guy who created the drug from which we can all take the name “CBD.
The book has some info on how to get more in touch with our inner Buddha. For instance, it talks about how you have to find what works for you and get yourself in touch with that. It also talks about how you can get out of bed and get your work done every day, and how that is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Basically, it talks about how you have to have a positive attitude and be grateful for what you have.
By the way, in the last year, I’ve tried every single one of these books. They all have some good points, but none of them are what I’d call “self-help.” They all tell you how to change your own behavior and how to change your life and how to get what you want in life, and none of them are about improving your life in the sense that you’re living life in the present.
The term “self-help” is a bit of a misnomer. Self-help is more like a drug, like the people who use cocaine. You tell your brain it needs to use the drug, and it has to live the drug. That isn’t self-help. Sure, sometimes it makes people very happy, but the point is to get them to spend their money on a drug. A drug is not self-help.
Self-help is when you get a book on the subject of, say, how to make a cake with no help from a cook or a baker, and you read it for the first time and you’re like, “Oh! This makes perfect sense! Oh, I know, I’ll have to just buy some eggs and start beating up these eggs and the whole thing’s gonna turn into a cake!” That’s good self-help.
The whole self-help thing is a bit of a misnomer, because self-help, like any form of advice, is only as useful as the advice is. So just because someone tells you to take this drug, that doesnt mean that you should. And just because you think that the drug is a good idea, it doesnt mean that you should actually take the drug, because you might be addicted to it.
I mean, this is not the main reason why I do everything that I do. I’m a total noob and I try to find the one thing that works for me that I’m not gonna lie, like I’m a huge nerd. I try to find the one thing that feels good about me, like I can actually make it better.
When I started researching the game, I used to think that it wasn’t even a game, because I was basically just using a computer. It’s just that I was just making the game, like I was making the game. That was really cool. I had to go to school where I thought it was a game for students, and I didn’t know what to do. I went to school where I thought it was a game for people, and I didn’t know what to do.
