Sophia is my favorite restaurant in the East Village. It’s about like a two-and-a-half hour drive, but her meals are simple and delicious. She’s very responsive, she tends to be helpful, and she’s always prepared and ready to serve. The only thing that keeps her from being a bitch is that her meal is only half cooked, and she has to eat it before you can get back to the kitchen.
The problem is that most of the best meat in town is being eaten by people who can’t really eat anything else. I say this because I recently went to a restaurant that was serving a steak that had a huge chunk of meat still in its juices. The fact that this was happening without anyone noticing was a big problem. For the record, the steak was pretty delicious, but I didn’t think anyone was going to notice.

The new book “The Cooking Instinct” was written by a guy named Richard Loeb. It’s a story of a guy named Richard Loeb who was a chef and he had a great recipe for a steak that was a hit. What happened was that Richard Loeb went to work for someone who was selling a steak that was a hit, but only for the cost of his meal.
