In the last few years, the focus of our health and wellness practice has moved from treating the body to treating the mind and creating better connections between mind and body.

Mindfulness has been a big focus lately, and there are a lot of reasons for this. For instance, my own understanding of the human mind is a bit of a misnomer. Mind and body are not separate, and we don’t think and feel like we are separate. Our minds are like machines, which we use to make sense of the world around us.

We can easily mistake our current state of mind and body for a state of mind and body that actually exists. It can be hard to remember that mind and body are separate, and it can be easy to let our minds and bodies take control of our bodies when we are experiencing less than optimal health. But as we become healthier and healthier, it’s easier to remember that our bodies are there to serve us and that we can use our minds to help shape and improve them.

We can all do this. As long as we’re willing to get active, mind, body, and spirit are all aligned. Health and wellness is an all-encompassing term that covers a lot of different things, from the health of our bodies to the health of our minds. But the two concepts are really just two sides of the same coin. Mind and body are in harmony with each other, so we can use them together to improve our health and wellbeing.
