The Quiet House Men’s Health infographic is an interesting look at men’s health and the silent epidemic of depression, anxiety, and stress. I think it’s important to point out that the infographic is only for men. Men are just as susceptible to stress, anxiety, and depression as women are. Thats definitely a good place to start. Most men are generally pretty good about dealing with stress and anxiety. However, there are some very real and dangerous issues that I do worry about. When my youngest son is out of the house, I feel like I have a lot more stress than I did when he was with me. For a while, I felt as though I needed to be on the couch most of the time, but I found I could just relax and get a little more active.

A lot of people worry about their stress levels, and it sounds like a good idea. The problem, though, is that most people don’t actually know how to control their stress. You can always just say to yourself, “I’m not stressed, my body is stressed.” The problem is that the body and the brain are very different things, and stress is just a symptom. You can just say, “I’m not stressed,” and it still doesn’t mean anything.

I think the problem is that people don’t actually know what to do with their bodies. They just feel stressed out. We all know that feeling, but how do you deal with it? How do you change your mindset and approach it? It’s the same way with our bodies.
