This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how long it takes you to heal. It is true that we are constantly exposed to everything from bacteria to viruses (and even other people’s viruses) to toxins. The good news is that we are also able to defend ourselves from these things with a healthy immune system. The bad news is that we are not able to make the right choices in the process of managing our health.
